Welcome

We welcome all your family to K9 Unleashed but please remember children must be supervised at all times and that they do not climb fences /gates.

Please do not leave your child alone in the paddock if you have to return to your car.

Responsibility for any children remains with the customer.

 

Own Risk

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the paddock is suitable for letting their dog off lead as K9 Unleashed accept no liability for escaped dogs.

Dogs must be kept on a lead between the parking area and the paddock with full responsibility belonging to the customer. 

The proprietors of K9 Unleashed accept no responsibility for any damage to property or injury to any dog or person using the paddocks and accept no liability for any damages, loss or claims.

Terms and Conditions

 

By Using the Secured Field at K9 Unleashed, the customer agrees to:

 

  • not to arrive early, and leave promptly at the end of their session.

  • adhere to each session beginning on the hour and lasts either 25 or 55 minutes.

  • pick up after their dog and use the bin provided.

  • no smoking on the premises

  • PLEASE KEEP THE FIELD TIDY AND PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG

  • Give notice by email to the owner of any damages caused by their dog(s)

  • Pay for any damages to the equipment

 

If your dog or any other dog in your household are showing signs of being unwell please cancel your session as the field is used by many different dogs and some might have a weakened immune system (see booking policy).

 

Please remember to take your toys home with you, including any broken ones.

Please note we do not allow the use of Prong collars, spray collars, hand held spray devises or electronic training collars.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

​

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the booking and receive a full refund. If cancellation is made on the day of your booking, no refund will be received.

XL Bullies

​

We are delighted to hire our facilities to all XL Bullies. Our only requirement is that you follow all government legislation and that your dog is on a lead and muzzled from your car to the field and back again.

 

ALL USERS OF THE FIELD HIRE IT AT THEIR OWN RISK
